1 part chilled Guinness
1 part chilled Brut Sparkling Wine
Instructions
Pour the Guinness into a chilled pint glass and let the foam subside. Place a spoon on the inside of the glass, horizontal to the beer, and pour the sparkling wine over the spoon, allowing the wine to float on top of the beer. Drink, refill, and repeat.

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty (about 15 seconds). Strain into a Collins glass filled almost to the top with ice cubes. Top with club soda and stir. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

Fresh Mint (about 10 leaves)
½ of Lime cut into 4 wedges
2 tbsp. of Granulated Sugar
½ oz. White Rum (we recommend Cruzan Light Rum)
½ cup of Club Soda

In a sturdy glass, place mint leaves and one lime wedge. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add two more lime wedges and sugar, and muddle again. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice and pour in the rum. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters (optional)

Combine the vermouth, rye whiskey, and bitters with 2 – 3 ice cubes in a mixing glass. Stir gently, taking care to not cloud the drink. Place the cherry in a chilled glass and strain the whiskey mixture over the cherry. You can also add a twist of orange peel for a garnish as well.

Combine the regular rum, coconut rum, grenadine, orange juice, pineapple juice and crushed ice in one of the electric juicing blenders. Blend until the drink’s consistency is slushy. If you do not have access to a blender, you can also serve it over ice.

½ oz. Orange Flavored Liqueur (such as triple sec)

Combine the vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, and lime juice into a shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime slice.

1 Bottle of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel or Shiraz)
1 Lemon cut into wedges
1 Orange cut into wedges
1 Lime cut into wedges
2 Tbsp sugar
Splash of orange juice or lemonade
2 Shots of gin or triple sec (optional)
1 Cup of raspberries or strawberries (may use thawed or frozen)
1 Small can of diced pineapples (with juice)
4 Cups ginger ale

Pour wine into a large pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon, orange and lime into the wine. Toss in the fruit wedges (leaving out seeds if possible) and pineapple then add sugar, orange juice and gin. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale, berries and ice just before serving. If you’d like to serve right away, use chilled red wine and serve over lots of ice. However, remember that the best Sangrias are chilled around 24 hours in the frig. which allows the flavors to really marinate into each other.
